How We Help

We support Muslim single mothers with practical help, emotional care, and community connection – especially during challenging periods such as illness, Ramadan, family stress, or financial pressure. The examples below are shared anonymously to protect dignity and privacy.

Supporting Families During Ramadan

  • Provided Ramadan décor packs to help mothers create joyful, welcoming home environments for their young children despite busy or difficult circumstances.
  • Prepared and delivered fresh homemade iftar foods that are easy to prepare and bake such chicken pastries and samosas, to ease pressure on families at the start of Ramadan.
  • Sent Eid gifts to a hospitalised child so they could still feel included in the celebration.

Health, Crisis & Emotional Support

  • Delivered Zamzam water bottles to families experiencing illness or hospital stays as a source of spiritual comfort.

  • Arranged care packages, check-ins, and practical support during children’s surgeries and medical challenges.

  • Conducted regular wellbeing check-ins to reduce isolation and ensure mothers feel supported.

Practical Everyday Support

  • Helped mothers access domestic support such as trusted cleaning services.

  • Coordinated meal trains, food vouchers, financialassistance, and suppliesfor families during extended hospital stays.

  • Assistedwith administrative tasks such as arranging insurance or accessing essential services.
